Aventure Fast sailing Rampage 43 Monohull

Tim Jordaan, Project Manager for Aventure Power Catamaran, has added another product to their list of impressive Power Catamarans.

They have developed and built a full sized mock-up of this sailing vessel, and when in production later this year will be the fast and stable Aventure Rampage 43, which not only complements families but armchair and handicapped sailors as well.

This fast sailing vessel will incorporate the centre trench cockpit form developed by Aventure , lift system, roll on roll off passerelle and special toilet and shower facilities.

The Aventure Rampage 43 hull form is derived from the cruising Open 50 class and will feature captive and electric winches, roller furling sails, and as the development progresses the newest technical advances in electronics, cooking and living standards in a day to day sailing environment.

Tim is working carefully with a handicap centre to establish other needs that are required by keen sailors with disabilities keeping them in the fast lane and welcomes any information relating to this new development.
